To address the women’s complaints regarding sexual harassment at work place as well as for woman development cell mandated by U.G.C., a committee is set up. Any woman aggrieved in this matter may approach the committee for a fair and concerned hearing and remedial action.
The objectives of the committee are
i. To ensure provision of a conducive work and educational
environment free from sexual harassment.
ii. To take appropriate measures to prevent the harassment
occurring.
iii. To educate women according to the professional
requirement and encourage them to grow further in life.
